Bright Herby Chicken (Grill or Oven)
Great for: Chicken thighs, legs, or bone‑in breasts.
- 3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar or Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, juice and zest
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh, chopped assortment of herbs
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
Marinate:· 2–4hours for pieces· Up to 8 hours for bone‑in cuts
