Bright Herby Chicken (Grill or Oven)

Great for: Chicken thighs, legs, or bone‑in breasts.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar or Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon, juice and zest
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh, chopped assortment of herbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate:
    ·      2–4hours for pieces
    ·      Up to 8 hours for bone‑in cuts
