Simple Homemade Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, a touch of honey or maple syrup, salt, and black pepper for a dressing that makes almost any salad more interesting. It’s especially good on leafy greens, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, or shaved fennel and apple.

- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup, Honey, Agave or Sweetener of Choice
- pinch Salt

Pour contents into shaker bottle and use as desired on salads, grilled vegetables, and for marinades
