1 Sharp knife
1 set Salad serving bowls
Ingredients

Mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries,raspberries, blackberries)

Ripe peach or nectarine, thinly sliced (optional)

Berry, rose, or hibiscus oxymel
1
tsp
Finely chopped fresh mint or lemon balm

tbsp
Lightly toasted chopped nuts or seeds (almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds) - Optional
Instructions
Place the berries and sliced fruit in a large bowl.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of oxymel over the fruit and gently toss. Taste and add up to 1 tablespoon more if you want extra tang or sweetness.
Sprinkle with chopped mint or lemon balm and toss once more.
Serve immediately, topped with toasted nuts or seeds if using.
